Arc stretch bending aluminum square is usually used with a specification of 30 × 50mm, 30 × 80mm、30 × 100mm、40 × 60mm、40 × 80mm、40 × 100mm、40 × 120mm、50 × 80mm、50 × 100mm、50 × 120mm、50 × 150mm, other specifications can be made according to customers' needs. Pull bend arc aluminum square is a kind of aluminum ventilation extrusion molding. The hardness and straightness of the product are far higher than those of other products. The overall effect is better than that of plate aluminum square. Most models need customized abrasive tools for reproduction.
In the pipeline system, elbow is a pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipeline. It often connects two pipes with the same or different nominal diameter to make the pipeline turn at a certain angle According to the angle, there are three commonly used elbows: 45 °, 90 ° and 180 °. In addition, according to the needs of the project, there are other abnormal angle elbows such as 60 °.
Elbow materials include cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, high-performance steel, low-temperature steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The connection methods with pipes include direct welding, flange connection, electrofusion connection, threaded connection and socket connection. According to its radius of curvature: it can be divided into long radius elbow and short radius elbow. Long radius elbow refers to the outer diameter of the pipe whose radius of curvature is equal to 1.5 times, i.e. r = 1.5D. Short radius elbow means that its radius of curvature is equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, i.e. r = 1.0d (D is the diameter of elbow and R is the radius of curvature)
Sample parameters: r = 530mm, 85 anti smashing window material, upper arch circular tension bending
Application engineering: each project
Smaller radius: r = 530mm

Production process: it is formed by cold processing or hot processing methods such as bending, extrusion, pushing, molding and machining.
Application industries: electric power, petroleum and natural gas, petrochemical, chemical industry, shipbuilding, heating, papermaking, metallurgy, etc.
Characteristics of tension bending:
1. General stretching and bending equipment or process can only bend workpieces less than or equal to 180 degrees, and can not process 360 degrees or greater bending angle at one time like roll bending.
2. When bending, the inner surface of the workpiece is a neutral layer, and the rest is extended, that is, all bending parts are theoretically longer than the original.
3. Stretch bending cannot form a workpiece with small radius. If the forming radius is small, the workpiece will often break and other undesirable phenomena.
