Classification of process characteristics of profile stretch bending

摘要:Stretch bending refers to the stamping process of bending metal plates, pipes and profiles into workpieces with certain curvature, shape and size. Stretch bending forming is widely used in industries such as high-pressure vessels, boiler drums, boiler tubes, hull steel plates and steel ribs, various utensils, instrument components and cabinet inlay.

Most of the equipment used is general mechanical press or hydraulic press, but it is also suitable for special bending press. The commonly used bending equipment is plate rolling machine. According to the principle of three-point circle determination, the three-roll plate mill continuously bends the slab. The three high mill has two drive rolls (fixed) and one lower roll (adjustable) The relative distance between the press roll and the drive roll can be changed by adjusting the upper and lower positions of the press roll. When bending, place the plate between the drive roll and the press roll, and the drive roll rotates in the positive and negative directions to make the plate reciprocating. By adjusting the pressure roller, press it down gradually to bend it into cylindrical surface, conical surface and small curvature double surface with required curvature.
